What's included
Fortnightly sessions (60 minutes each)
We sit down every two weeks. You bring the things you’re working on and the decisions you’re wrestling with and we work through them together.
Between-session delivery
I’m not just here for the calls. I’m building things. Processes, templates, frameworks, systems. The things that make your business work better when I’m not in the room.
Content extraction
You’re full of ideas, frameworks, intellectual property, but it’s all in your head. We get it out. Structured, documented, ready to become content, offers, or client deliverables.
Slack/WhatsApp access
You have a quick question or something came up. You need to bounce something off someone who knows your business. I got you.
The initial commitment
Three months minimum. After that, rolling 30-day agreements. You’re not locked in.
Why the three-month minimum? Because real infrastructure takes time. You can’t fix the operating system of a business in four weeks. Three months is enough to diagnose, design, and start building. Long enough to see momentum. Short enough that you’re not making a massive commitment when you’re not sure how it’ll work.
